Kim Lynip

Kim Lynip is a REAL Real Estate agent. Kim holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and has several years of Sales & Marketing experience through owning and operating a very successful home-based business as a Creative Memories Consultant. In a nation-wide Unit of nearly 700 Consultants, Kim was consistently among the top 1% recognized for sales and recruiting each quarter. She believes that anything worth doing, is worth doing well!

Born and raised in upstate NY, Kim and her husband Bryan have made NC their home for the past decade and look forward to continuing to raise their 3 children here, under the beautiful, Carolina-Blue skies!

Kelly Collins

Kelly Collins is an experienced real estate professional with a consistent sales record in the greater Charlotte area. In addition to experience, you can expect to receive service that goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Kelly has a BS from Wingate University in addition to his qualifications as a licensed broker and member of the national association of realtors. Along with formal education, Kelly has also gained knowledge in the real estate industry from the top professionals in mortgage lending, title, and other real estate fields.

Shelley deMontesquiou

Shelley is a renaissance woman, accomplished and experienced in many facets of life and with a varied background. She is first and foremost a caring and spiritual person.

-Native Carolinian/Part Californian: Shelley was born a Carolina girl in Columbia, South Carolina as Carolyn Shelley Walsh and grew up there. She transplanted to California and is now back home in the Carolinas.

-Gamecock: She attended USC (South Carolina). Her husband Paul attended the other USC ( Southern California).

-Nurse: Shelley received her BS in Nursing at USC.

-Air Force: She entered the Air Force as a Nurse and received her Honorable Discharge as a Captain. The Air Force took her to California where she lived for many years.

-Lawyer: In California, Shelley became a lawyer and practiced law in Orange and LA counties. Her law experience is varied and includes real estate, construction and professional liability.

-Family: She met her husband Paul and they practiced law together. He is now her real estate partner. They are truly partners in life. Together they have 5 children, 2 grown boys in California, and 3 girls who are Twingles, which is twins and a singleton.

Shelley and Paul chose Charlotte in which to live and raise their young children as they absolutely love Charlotte and the Carolinas. Shelley is active in the lives of her children and in their schools.

-Author: As a mother of twins, Shelley has co-authored and published a book, Heart Two Heart.

-Church and Spirituality: Shelley is a Christian and active in her church in Weddington. She sings in the choir, assists a children's choir, teaches Sunday School, active in small groups, and leads a Circle.

-Girl Scout Leader and Community Involvement: in her spare time!

-Real Estate Broker: This former nurse/lawyer and now busy mom is now actively involved in real estate. Shelley and Paul turned their hobby into their career.
